TRAVEL SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibility

  • Meets with clients to determine travel needs, budgets and preferences.
  • Sells and coordinates transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours and activities.
  • Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.
  • Collects payments, books travel arrangements and pays applicable fees.

TOUR ORGANIZER

Job Responsibility

  • Minimum Experience of 2 Years In Travel Industry.
  • Ensure the tour is well organized and run a timetable that allows all the sights on the itinerary to be visited.
  • Work on booking or confirming all meals and accommodation required by the company.
  • Provide guests with a detailed program for the day every morning and/or evening.
  • Work on proactive planning for days ahead and upcoming tours.
  • Work on reconfirming hotels and suppliers before arrival.
  • Marketing holidays to clients via different advertising process. Working with travel consultants from different travel agencies to put holiday packages together.

Corporate Executive

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication

Job Responsibility

  • Designing engaging and attractive creative.
  • Liaising with clients to determine their requirements and budget.
  • Managing client proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production.
  • Working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales.
  • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites.
  • Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.
  • Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.

Tele Sales Executive

  • Plan, develop and implement a corporate travel policy
  • Track and manage the overall travel policy
  • Manage and supervise all travel arrangements
  • Maintain trustworthy relationships with travel agencies and vendors
